Details in general i’m not great at descriptions, but the seller response very quickly and just as fast communicate the whole time throughout the whole process to make sure you were never worried. The shipping is always questionable but that’s basically the mail people at fault. The package arrived on time. Packaging was undamaged. Do to a small error on my part, I now have a baby Borg bear to go with the bear I was trying to replace.
