I believe this set is cotton, I cannot find a tag to identify tiny it fully. Flaws: the skirt and shirt are slightly different shades of blue. The shirt is size 12 and the skirt is size 20, so likely mixed and matched from two different dye batches. Some old safety pins in the skirt have left four rusty spots on the waist. I see a light yellow stain on the front shirt pocket that is very light and does not show up in photographs. Measurements taken flat and in inches: Blouse...
