Made of a blend of lycra and spandex, this dress is stretchy and versatile and comes with a matching scarf/shawl that can be worn multiple ways for a variety of different looks. Dress it up with heels or dress it down with cowboy boots, this dress can go with you anywhere. Made by Costume Wear-House in the mid-90s and sized as a Juniors Large, this dress measures 34.5" from shoulder seam to hem, 27" from bottom of neckline to hem, 34" waist, 38" bust, and a scoop neck that falls around 5" from the collarbone. Fabric does stretch to accommodate slightly larger measurements and all listed measurements are approximate. The accompanying scarf/shawl is 60" long and 10" wide and can be draped around the neck or worn over the shoulders and arms. The long edge hem of the scarf isn't sewn, yet fabric doesn't fray easily.
