Vintage Auburn Sportswear Jacket Public Works Naval Weapons Station Concord. Vintage 1980s Auburn Sportswear windbreaker jacket. Concord Naval Wepons Station was established in 1942. It functioned as a WWll armament storage depot that would supply ships at Port Chicago. It continued to support war efforts during the Korean, Vietnam, and Gulf War. By 1999, the Naval Station had lille military personnel and many empty buildings. In 2007, the US Government decided parts of the Naval Station would be closed. This jacket is in very good condition with no stains, holes, or tears. The inside of the jacket and pockets are lightly lined. The elastic around the wrist is stretched out, and there is no elasticity. Measurements Top of shoulder to bottom hem 27" Armpit to Armpit 50" Bottom hem width 50" Sleeve top of collar to wrist hem 32" Sleeve Armpit to wrist hem 21 1/2" Shoulders are a raglan fit.
