Shipping and packaging were all tidy. The photos carefully pointed out the flaws--moth holes. I knew what I was getting into and the price was right. Alas, the 49er coat just didn't button across my overly generous chest. Since the seller has a no returns policy--which I knew, I'll look for someone who thinks it's awesome and pass it on.

Very thoughtfully packaged, shipped/arrived extremely fast, and the item was clearly as described when shipped. There was some UPS delivery damage and the seller was extremely kind to refund upfront as they tried to hear back from UPS with the photos I submitted.
