Vintage 80's or 90's Ronni Nicole maxi dress women's size 18 or XL. Top part of the dress is 90% polyester & 10% spandex velvet. Bottom part of the dress is a sheer velvet burnout with a lining. Skirt & lining are rayon, polyester and nylon materials. Dress does have thin shoulder pads.
