After receiving the item and assembling it I found that a few major pieces were missing to complete said item. When I got ahold of the seller they were very apologetic and offered a full refund, all done within a four day time span. Although my initial experience with this seller was very negative it turned around completely to a very positive one and would use them again if I wanted something they were selling. Sorry for low item condition the product in the box seems to be okay but the product box and the packaging boxes are smashed and packaging box is torn and ripped, resale value is 0 with smashed product box, i guess that's the chance you take with delivery service
