Vintage Cocktail Dress Long Sleeve Empire High Waist Fit And Flare 16w Black USA. A small snag here or there, some stains or discolored areas on the lower portion of dress, I only seem to notice them in a certain lighting. I have not tried spot treatments It is possible they might come out. The fabric is a little sheer needs a slip or something underneath. It might fit slightly smaller than a modern size 16 please see measurements below. Chest measures 44", waist 37", length from top of shoulder to bottom hem 45". Top link from top of shoulder to bottom waist band is 17 in, shoulder to shoulder 16 in, length of sleeve from shoulder to bottom cuff 23.5 in.
