My item arrived in the mail, but the item (a men’s hoodie) was too small. The label had a Size M and it also was advertised as a Size M. However the hoodie was more a Size S in reality. I notified the seller and he was very understanding. He advised me to return the item and to expect a full refund. I like the seller very much — understanding, polite, and honest.
