  1. Hat was as described in the listing, no surprises in that area. The only reason I’m giving a neutral review is because the hat was shipping in a soft poly bag rather than a box. Hats belong in boxes to protect from being completely flattened during transit, which is exactly what happened in this instance. NOT A BAD SELLER! We all make mistakes sometimes.
