This is the original version of the helmet and is not a reproduction. This helmet has the stickers/paint, the elastic strap, and the buckle on the strap still. The strap is not still stretchy and the top of the helmet does have some melted spots on it. This can be seen in the photos. This is the Hasbro Hong Kong version of this helmet.
