The item was as described by the seller. Custom framed, with appropriate spacers, and glare-proof glass. Unfortunately, poor packing and the shipping process severely damaged the piece. Glass was shattered and microscopic pieces were embedded into the Vintage Hmong Tapestry. As a 40-year collector of Hill Tribe items, I was super sad to see this. The seller was not willing to adjust the price to reflect but was VERY cooperative in offering a full refund as soon as she receives the return.

Reel shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. Reel is in very nice shape, "original box" is in fact original but covered in masking tape which makes it worthless and a dissappointment
