My only sort of complaint is I would have loved for the shoes to have been shipped in a box but they arrived unscathed in a bag, so no problem! Shoes in new condition, as described. Could have been more carefully packaged however. Sent in a plastic mailer bag, no protection. Bag had holes when received but shoes were OK. Could have been much worse due to USPS lack of care.
