The item was labeled as a men's large, but upon receiving it, It was a youth large, as it appeared quite small. However, the seller went out of their way to rectify the situation. Item was shipped timely and arrived fast. Packaging was polymailer appropriate for size. Item was as described although seller noted one zipper didn't work but in fact it does, so that's a win for me. However seller could be more mindful of cleaning out backpacks in future. Item arrived with random loose screws and used dental floss picks (ew) in the small pockets. Otherwise happy with item and value received.
