Large estate collection of original vintage 35mm Kodachrome slides from the 1950s and 1960s, approx. 2,000-2,400 total. The photography appears to be from an avid traveler and includes a wide range of locations and subjects such as beaches and resorts, Caribbean travel, Japan temple night scenes, mountains, rivers, U.S. cityscapes, outdoor nature, and family photography. All slides are 100% original, not reproductions. Most are Kodachrome, processed by Kodak, with date stamps ranging from 1958–1966. Some are handwritten or labeled with locations such as “Silver Seas,” “Rio Grande,” etc. Colors are typical of Kodachrome, strong, stable, and archival. Slides are housed in multiple archival storage boxes, sorted and stored in a smoke-free estate. No visible mold or water damage. Sold as one complete collection. Ideal for resellers, stock photo scanning, digital art, documentary use, AI dataset building, or collectors of mid-century travel photography. Condition: Overall very good, normal minor dust from age Shipping: Ships boxed and well-packed, slides will not be removed or rearranged. The individual slides shown are included in this lot, and represent a sample of the over 2,000 slides. If these are returned for any reason, and some have been removed, you will only receive a 50% refund.
Very fast shipping: paid on 4/9 & delivered on 4/12. Excellent packaging: wrapped tightly in paper and in a box (NOT just thrown in a bubble envelope). I think I got a fair deal.
