  1. My experience w seller was good because of quick communication. But, I paid for priority shipping with an expected delivery date of 12/12 and received the dress this morning on 12/15, so paying extra for shipping didn't lead to the product getting here faster. Not the seller's fault. The dress was packaged well, but was not necessarily as described as there is a rip/hole in the back of the dress that I noticed and photographed. The photo is attached, which I will need to pay to repair.

  2. They said there was a mistake and they did not actually have the Lilly Pulitzer shirt that I purchased. They gave me a quick refund. Seemed to be very sweet, I understand mistakes happen. And I actually did make other purchases from them. What I have received was as described. Will purchase from them again. I hope if they find the shirt they’ll sell it to me, because I really liked the pictures of it, and great price! Thanks!!!

  3. My dress shipped quickly and the price was good. Unfortunately one of the buttons was missing upon arrival, but the seller was very responsive and offered a return with a full refund or a partial refund if I kept the dress. I ended up keeping it and am happy with the partial refund. I would purchase again because of the excellent customer service I received.
