EXCELLENT CONDITION. No runs, tears, holes, or fraying.  Measurements are as follows: Top of chest triangle to bottom of hem – 38 inches, but the straps tied around your neck can increase or decrease length.  15 inches wide across chest 12.5 inches directly underneath Flares out to 20 inches at bottom, just above hem.
