Listing was for a ‘Brand new’ controller which was shown out of the box. Seller was contacted to verify that the controller was indeed new despite the open box photos. Seller confirmed that the item was indeed new. Controller arrived with grease/residue on the D-pad and thumb sticks- which was obviously not brand new. Seller created a false ad, then blatantly lied about condition of the item. Only giving neural review since I was partially refunded for the item. Potential buyers BE AWARE.
The item was listed as new, but it may have been "new old stock" (NOS). The tape broke immediately, It may have been brittle with age. I will repair it and begin to use it in the near future. Seller was professional. The item was securely packed and delivered as advertised. I will use him again.
I had to wait a lot but that was cause I used a freight forwarder to get it here in Costa Rica, it came super protected and matched the description, for the price the missing clip is no problem at all, Will get a replacement part locally
