First of all I live in Texas so it came super fast! It was clean and didn't have any bad odors or torn package at all. Came neatly folded and was even better than I was expecting. I can not tell you how much this means to me as my late friend had one exactly like this and it was lost in a fire so to now be able to think of her again is priceless. The zippers are all in good condition, as well as the buckles and the pack itself. Practically brand new, as described. Price wise, it can't be beat - I got it for half off, so it was quite a steal.
