  1. I want to commend this seller for outstanding customer support. I ordered a Boy Scout rain jacket to give to a needy kid, and it arrived within just a few days of buying it. But unfortunately I discovered that the zipper was broken and the jacket was torn. As a rainjacket it was not usable, but I do not believe the seller was aware of that as the damage was easy to miss.   3. Item arrived well packaged but not as described. The description and the photo were of two different items. When I asked seller to clarify, he ignored me. I bought the item based on the photo and that was the item that was sent. The seller is a terrible communicator. I'm not sure I would do business with seller again, maybe if the description and photo agreed with each other...
