WW2 US ARMY SIGNAL CORPS TL-13 PLIERS FOR CE-33 LINEMAN'S TOOL KIT Lineman's pliers as stocked in the leather CE-33 Lineman's Tool Kit, usually associated with WW2 but saw a lot of use even before then. These are unmarked, and it turns out to be fairly complicated as to who made them and when. The design was copied by some of our allied NATO countries, and the US Army version is usually stamped "TL-13". Could be used as a placeholder in an incomplete kit or for reenacting.
