This devotional was presented to "Joseph F Kulb" on 2/14/1944 from "Edith M Kulb" Produced in the early 1940s, these small prayer books were encased in a protective metal “heart shield” cover designed to be worn over the chest. While never truly bulletproof, they offered soldiers spiritual comfort and became deeply meaningful keepsakes during wartime.
