The packaging wasn’t the best, it was only wrapped in a plastic wrap for shipping so the box looks like someone drop kicked it. That being said the doll itself was inside very protective packaging and looks absolutely amazing.
The vendor cheerfully refunded the full cost when the item arrived smaller than the size ordered. Recommended as a reliable vendor. And I wish the item had fit - it seems to be a well made and very warm sweater!
