USMC Combat Boots By Wellco 13.5 R Marines TW RAT Boot E163. Condition is "New with box". Sizes of these boots are running little smaller than actual size indicates. This pair is sized 13.5 but these boots will be more comfortable for someone wearing 12.5 - 13 Original US Marine Boots.

When the item arrived and was unpackd, there was oil in the bottom of the case, the tool had a film of oil in the outside and did not function. Problem? 10-days lost in this deal. The only option the seller offered was $20 off, or returning it. I contacted FSI and repair was $75+shipping. I returned it.
