Shipping, packaging, like new product. Seller never responded to request for type of fiber, Tommy Bahamas shirts are usually silk or cotton. The tag inside the side seam of the shirt clearly identifies it as recycled polyester, but that information was nowhere in the description. Nor did I get an answer for my request for the fiber content. I took a chance and ordered it. Very disappointed to see it was polyester.
