Wolverine Chelsea Romeo Steel Toes slip on style Leather upper. Size 9 M Waterproof. These are in good shape. There are some small slices on the toes-enlarge the pictures to see them. Since they are over the steel toe it did not go all the way thru. The black elastic is not stretched. There is a loose piece of fabric on the inside near the heel, from them being taken on and off.
