I had lotssss issues at first wit my 5 y.o. granddaughter delivery due too UPS unprofessionalism untrustworthy etc etc However wen it was All said and done meaning wen they finallyyyy decided too deliver my shipment package at my front door as they are supposed too All of this back forth cud of been prevented had they lst delivered at my front door instead of them trying intentatively causing me too do their job for them due too they ONGOING PERSONAL GRUDGEFUL REASONS AGAINST ME STOP BEING ???
Seller's employees respond promptly and adress issues thoroughly. Very polite + professional. Shipping was pretty fast. I think the delivery people were either too rough with the package, or it didn't have enough tape, as the box was a bit punctured and water got into the bag (rainy season). Even though half the shoe box was soaked, the shoes were miraculously prestine! They are BEAUTIFUL. Elegant design. They are smooth and feel waterproof. Comfortable fit, stylish. True to size. Love it!
