This is NOT a pop up tent. I contacted them after I ordered it to be sure and was told it was not. I told them I just returned one similar to that one that had caved in from a rain shower because tho top rods kept coming apart. I did not want it. I also asked them to remove pop up from the description. (They didn't. It's still there) I contacted FedEx and had them send it back. Now I'm waiting for a refund. I'm not sure if they are being deceptive on purpose or not.
