Shoes came carefully wrapped on time. Unfortunately, the shoes were not the size marked inside the heel of the shoe. My guess they were seconds and the seller must not have known. The seller refunded my money and the shoes were donated to the Salvation Army, as he did not want them back.
Great seller! Item arrived promptly, very well packaged (their being wrapped in colorful tissue paper was an nice added touch) and in described condition (like new). The Tom’s shoes showed almost zero wear, were very clean and looked great. Would def buy from this seller again!
Thesevshoes were in excellent condition, as described, and did actually look new. The seller accepted my offer, and with the very reasonable shipping cost, this was a great value. I'm very happy with this transaction!
