I had placed an order that was shipped out, checked a few days later and still nothing was showing shipped, contacted the seller they issued a refund right away, fast forward a month later the package ends up delivered but kept by USPS (not sure why) but I contacted the seller about it because (the jacket) was for my event and it never made it, but the initial one is being returned to the seller, let them know and sending me one in its place! Jacket was in brand new condition with tags. Item is not available from Columbia because of their own shipping and stocking issues. I ordered this EXACT jacket from Columbia FOUR TIMES and was sent the wrong item. This item was shipped to me faster than Columbia and they got it right- and for less than direct for THIS SEASON!
