I'm leaving positive feedback primarily due to the great communication I received, but my order was not without complications. The two sweatshirts I purchase were not in stock. I agreed to additional wait time for their arrival while the seller got them from another warehouse, which I found out was in China not California. When they arrived they were not as described and needled to be returned. I received a return label promptly and a full refund 2 or 3 days after they arrived back to seller.
So glad this arrived around the original delivery date! The Seller's communication regarding the shipping was very confusing, so I wasn't sure when it would arrive when it was changed. It made it in time for our trip. It was a smooth transaction and was actually received on time. It was packaged perfectly and arrived in great shape. It was described perfectly and looked just like the photo. It fits great too!
