Item arrived in great condition and matched the pictures. It was listed as a March birthstone, but it was actually the September one - a slightly darker blue. Since it was a preloved item, they unfortunately didn’t have the March version, but once I pointed it out, they offered a partial refund without any hassle. I wasn’t too bothered about returning them as the colours were similar and the quality is great for the price. Definitely recommend - lovely pieces, fair prices, and honest service
Arrived beautifully packaged in a box which fitted through the letterbox. Prompt delivery. Really pleased with earrings. Many thanks. The only downside was I could not really tell the colour of stone in the photo but I checked on other sites. So perhaps this could be addressed.
Item as described, delivery took a little longer than expected, but arrived very well packaged. Just the size I needed so very pleased with them.
