Although I ended up not purchasing this item— advertised as “Eddie Bauer”, but it was “LLBean”— the vendor recognized the misprint, initiated contact and pointed out the error, and gracefully accepted my decline to purchase (different brands can have different fits, cuts…). Brilliant communication with vendor— would readily purchase from them— no hesitation!
I could nit asked for a more attentive seller. Item was shipped shortly after it was paid for and I brought up an issue and she handled it with grace. USPS dropped the ball but am very happy with everything working out in the end. Great seller would purchase from this person in the future.
Product shipped quickly. Purse as described in good condition . Securely packaged. I wasn't sure about the color (not a fan of brown) but it was a good price.
