That is how my daughter wore them. Size small. Made of 98% cotton, 2% other fiber. These are pretty pink striped with white and and then thin shimmering silver striping. The bottom sides each have a little satin bow, and lace trim at the bottom of boxers. Also 2 tiny white buttons on the front. Super cute. Elastic waist for easy on and off. Waist measures 15” across the front laying flat. Leg inseam is 2” without counting the lace trim. Rise is 8 3/4” from crotch seam to top of waist. Comes from a clean, smoke free home.
