When buying this item, I thought that I was buying directly from the seller. However, it turns out that the seller is an intermediary which sells on behalf of other sellers. This therefore explains why it was slow in being dispatched. In the end, I became impatient and cancelled the order. On the up side the communication from the company was good and honest.
