Sadly, this product melted in the microwave the first time I used it, but this is NOT the seller’s fault. I did follow the directions, but did not keep a careful eye on it. So watch very closely if you buy this product. My experience with the seller was great, very fast shipping and the product arrived exactly as described, and had never been used. I’ve included the photo just to warn others to make sure to be very careful when heating the seat up.
The shipping was pretty quick. The item is definitely as described, so the photos are accurate. The packaging was protective of my item, though I was careful to open the packaging due to the item being a silk blouse. The overall value was very good and I’m very pleased with my purchase.
