I purchased a Labubu Monster from the seller. Turns out it was not a genuine Labubu HOWEVER the seller made it right on their part and refunded my amount and didn’t have to send it back. Sometimes the seller doesn’t know it’s counterfeit until the box is completely opened (which was the case for me because there was the holographic QR code on the outside but no QR code on the inside). Even through it wasn’t what I as hoping for, seller did make it right and I’d do business with them again.
Very good seller, responded quickly and shipped quickly. Packages was as described and the price was good and reasonable. Packaging made sure the product was safe, overall great buy and great seller hope to do business again!
