  2. High praise for communication and issue resolution. The initial item that was delivered to me (top in the image) had somewhat flat colors, and didn't quite match the image in the listing. They responded quickly to my inquiry, assuring me that it would be taken care of, and followed through as they said they would. The replacement item (bottom in the image) has much more vibrant colors, and while the image ended up flipped horizontally, I still give praise for their overall conduct.
