I wanted to give the seller 10/5 stars. When I first ordered these pants, they arrived after I left for a long trip, and upon my return, it turns out that the pants sent were not the ones I ordered. When I contacted the seller, I received an immediate response. Not only did the seller apologize for the mistake, but they also found the item I originally ordered and sent it to me. It was quick and curtious, even though it was 3 weeks after the delivery of the original shipment. I am very grateful.
This coat is PERFECT. It’s in the great condition that it was advertised as. I LOVE it, as I can’t buy one of this quality new (my horse sucks down all my extra money). Very good seller, and happy customer. Arrived quickly and packed in a large enough box that the down insulation wasn’t flattened. (Although that wouldn’t have bothered me)
Arrived a bit later than I anticipated but packed well & item in good condition. I didn’t expect to contact seller to find out when item would arrive. At the time I contacted seller, item had not been sent out yet. Arrived several days later. Would buy from again but not expect item to be sent out immediately. All good, however.
