I asked if that was really the size and they said "no," without mentioning the actual size. -- so, faults on both sides -- I should have asked the actual size, but they didn't volunteer that information, which is critical. Otherwise shipping, etc. was OK.
The package arrived sooner than expected and in great condition. My daughter was pleased with this gift as she is a fan of the brand paddywax and this scent.
