It has a single breasted/two button front with flap front waist pockets, notch lapels, and four buttons apiece on the sleeves. Measurements: Bust: 44 Waist: 41 Sleeves: 22.5 (2 in. extra to let out) Bottom of collar to tail: 28.75 Lapels: 3.75 Shoulders: 19 Looks awesome - it does have a few surface marks/tiny flaws, see pics. Overall though that's really tough to see and it's a gorgeous, mega high quality vintage blazer by Hickey Freeman. The shell is all wool in gray, navy, and burgandy houndstooth with a mostly gray appearance. It has a single breasted/two button front with flap front waist pockets, notch lapels, and four buttons apiece on the sleeves. The interior is fully lined and canvassed, really nice interior and labels, nice pockets as well as a perfectly legible info label too. Lastly it has a single vent in the rear.
